As a Retail Sales Assistant at Frankfurt Airport, you will work in our international electronics and travel retail store, helping passengers from all over the world find the right products for their journey.
Whether you are advising customers on headphones, chargers, cameras, smart devices or other travel essentials, you make sure every traveler receives a personal and professional shopping experience.
What will you do?
As a Sales Assistant at Frankfurt Airport, you are the face of our store. You welcome travelers, provide product advice and ensure our customers leave the store satisfied.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising international customers about electronics, gadgets and travel accessories;
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience;
- Selling products and contributing to store performance and sales goals;
- Keeping the store attractive, organised and fully stocked;
- Handling checkout activities and assisting customers throughout their purchase.

- Flexible working hours between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays;

Who are you?
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Availability between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM;
- Good communication skills in German and English;
- Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role;
- Interest in electronics, technology and gadgets;
- Registration in Germany for at least five years (required for the airport security clearance/badge).
