As our new Sales Representative, you will quickly develop to become the expert in selling haircare and cosmetics products! With the right strategy, you will know how to sell our products with a good profit margin. Whether you interact with your customers personally, digitally, or by telephone: you will always know how to convince them to work with you. By collaborating effectively within the sales team, you will ensure that you stay informed of the latest developments within your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate seamless sales and purchasing processes
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for haircare and cosmetics products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personal, digital, and telephone communication
- Identify customer needs and persuade clients to partner with the organisation
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining healthy profit margins
- Collaborate with the sales team to stay informed of market trends and developments
- Contribute ideas and take initiative to drive sales performance

- You hold a completed commercial qualification at bachelor's degree level or equivalent
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential. An additional language is advantageous
- Prior experience gained through an internship or part-time role in a commercial-related function or profession is desirable

- A salary in line with your experience, plus a fixed annual Christmas bonus and a performance-based bonus.
