Then the role of Trade Marketing Manager at Signature Beauty is exactly what you are looking for. In this role, you are the connecting link between the brands and the sales, support, and retail team. You translate strategies into smart trade campaigns, strong execution, and powerful in-store visibility, with the goal of driving sell-out growth, category development, and maximum customer engagement.
Reach your potential as a Trade Marketing Manager
You will work in a commercial and international environment where speed, collaboration, and adaptability are essential. In this position, the focus is on executing plans and concepts that have been strategically developed by our brand managers and product managers. You ensure that these plans are translated into a strong trade marketing calendar, both online and offline, and that they are truly visible on the shop floor. From coordinating trade events to developing materials and activations, you turn plans into results.
You are continuously in contact with internal stakeholders (sales, retail, marketing) as well as external partners (retail partners and brand owners). At the same time, you maintain oversight of budgets, materials, and performance, while staying alert to opportunities in the market and among competitors.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute an annual trade marketing calendar (online & offline) in line with the brand strategy.
- Negotiate and manage budgets for trade marketing activities and ensure efficient use of investments and resources (samples, Gift With Purchase, etc.).
- Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing activities and achieve the brand’s annual targets.
- Be responsible for inventory management of promotional materials.
- Support product management activities (including product launches, sales meetings, and forecasting).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with retail partners and brand owners to ensure successful execution of trade campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align trade activities with brand strategy, with retail excellence as the goal.
- Organize and coordinate sell-out promotions and trade events (for example, podium activations).
- Plan and develop point-of-sale materials, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade campaigns and promotions to optimize return on investment.
- Analyze competitors and translate insights into tactical decisions and new initiatives.

You are entrepreneurial, enjoy working with different stakeholders, and know exactly how to translate brand objectives into activations that work in retail. You combine creativity with an analytical mindset: you steer on performance, identify opportunities in data, and have the drive to make things happen. In a dynamic environment, you stay focused on priorities and take ownership from start to finish.
You bring:
- At least a completed bachelor’s degree in International Business / Marketing.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a trade marketing role. Experience within the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of AI is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with a focus on results and execution.
