As a Customer Service Coordinator at The ColdHub, you are the link between customers, warehouse operations and logistics partners. You keep the overview, act quickly and make sure orders, shipments and customer communication run smoothly.
Reach your full potential as a Customer Service Coordinator
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you work close to the daily operation. You speak with customers about their orders, monitor inbound and outbound shipments and continuously align with warehouse colleagues and transport partners. Sometimes you solve an issue behind your screen, and sometimes you walk into the warehouse yourself to check why an order is on hold. You see what needs to happen, understand cause and effect, and help create a professional and personal customer experience.
This is what you will do:
• Process and coordinate customer orders and logistics activities
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and take action when something slows down
• Inform customers proactively about orders, deliveries and operational updates
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and transport partners
• Resolve operational questions and escalate when needed
• Check order statuses in the system and on the warehouse floor
• Improve processes that can be clearer, faster or more efficient
• Contribute to a professional and positive customer experience
This is you
You feel at home in a role where customer contact, logistics overview and action come together every day. You quickly connect the dots, understand what a delay means for the rest of the process and stay calm when several things happen at once. You are approachable, service-minded and keen to get your hands dirty when the situation asks for it.
You:
• Have experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service
• Understand warehouse and transport processes
• Work easily with ERP systems, digital tools and Excel
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and partners
• Speak and write Dutch and English well
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment
We offer you
- A maximum salary of €3000,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas gratuity and a performance dependent bonus
- Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
- 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional days
- A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
