Your role: building HR within the world of Beauty
As an HR Advisor, you play a key role within our logistics organization. You know the logistics workforce, understand what is happening on the work floor, and develop into a strong sparring partner for management. You combine operational HR knowledge with strategic insight: whether it concerns recruitment & selection, performance management, or strategic workforce planning, you are at the heart of the organization and know what matters to our people. What makes this role even more interesting is the modern logistics environment in which you work, including our automated warehouse, the AutoStore, and a new warehouse that opened in 2026. In other words, a dynamic environment where growth and technology come together.
Within the inspiring Beauty segment, you will work on HR solutions that align perfectly with both organizational goals and the needs of our employees. Accuracy is essential here, for example when managing the deployment of temporary agency workers and carefully guiding absence management. In addition, you will help build HR processes and initiatives that fit the logistics target group. Your advice is sharp, well-founded, and focused on sustainable improvement. You will have the freedom to truly make a difference and to bring your vision of HR to life.

You are full of energy, eager to learn, and not afraid to think critically. You know exactly how to combine a business-minded approach with a people-focused mindset. Thanks to your curiosity, you want to understand everything in detail so that you can excel in your profession.
In addition, you have:
- at least a completed bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration
- at least 3–4 years of relevant work experience
- a strong vision of modern HR policy
- strong communication and advisory skills
- an affinity with logistics is a must
- fluent command of Dutch and a good command of English. If you also speak the Groningen dialect, that is a nice bonus!

- A salary in line with your experience, plus a fixed annual Christmas bonus and a performance-based bonus.
